Design Beijing haslong been committed to creating a platform for exhibition and communicationthat integrates art and design and promoting local design in the process ofexchanging with international design cultures. During such a period that characterized by a profound transform ofthe modern art and the art market, Design Beijing adjusts its planning andbusiness accordingly, searching for the appropriate position between art anddesign. Along with Art Beijing, it will present art exhibitions with the largest scale and highest content in earlysummer in Beijing.

 As a visual cultureexhibition with the theme of “art · design · life”, integrating thethree concepts of “art, design and life” is always the originalintention of Design Beijing. While demonstrating various excellent designbrands, Design Beijing has planned many special projects to be presented in theform of “exhibitions + forums”, including the “internationaltrans-boundary cooperation”, “diversified platforms in Asia”, “post seasonexhibition of Design Beijing”, etc. Design Beijing also explores thepossibility of cooperation and exchange between design platforms, institutions,and designers under differentgeographical areas and cultural background, based on the same era and the samefield,providing more inspirationfor the innovation and development in the industry while broadening publicawareness and understanding of contemporary design.

 The DesignBeijing Exhibition will be held at NationalAgriculture Exhibition Center (Beijing). We will invite design institutions anddesigners from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and other countries and regionsin Asia, Europe and America, to plan a grand banquet with diversified artpresentation to take the audience and participants into a world of art, designand life.
