DESCRIPTION:The Food Expo is an annual trade and public fair dedicated to the diverse spectrum of food and gastronomy. Organized under the auspices of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC)\, it is held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong. The fair is divided into two main areas: the Trade Hall (Food Expo Pro) for dealers\, manufacturers\, and suppliers\, and the Public Hall for the general public. The range of topics includes Asian cuisine\, coffee\, sweet treats\, Western delicacies\, and beer\, complemented by a colorful entertainment program featuring cooking shows by renowned chefs\, tastings\, and award ceremonies.	 \n  			The Food Expo showcases a wide array of products and services from various sectors\, including confectionery and snacks\, health and nutrition products\, fruits and vegetables\, coffee\, tea and cocoa\, spices\, grain products\, meat and poultry\, seafood\, sparkling wines\, instant foods\, camping and picnic items\, tableware and bar accessories\, dairy products\, plant-based milk\, and powdered milk nutrition. The fair attracts a diverse professional audience from industries such as retail\, wholesale\, catering\, and hospitality\, and serves as a platform for food and beverage manufacturers\, importers\, exporters\, and distributors. Moreover\, it is an appealing destination for gourmets and food enthusiasts. The Food Expo takes place simultaneously with a series of other events\, including the Hong Kong International Tea Fair and the HKTDC Home Delights Expo\, thereby contributing to the diversity and attractiveness of Hong Kong as an exhibition location.
