The International Bakery Exhibition (BSE China) is an annual professional bakery trade fair focused on the Chinese bakery industry. The event was founded by the Shanghai Golden Commercial Exhibition Co. Ltd., a reputable organization with decades of experience in organizing exhibitions and conferences in the food industry in China. The fair’s name, BSE China, stands for “Bakery Shanghai Exhibition”. It was established to provide a platform for showcasing, purchasing, and trading bakery products in China.

Main themes include, among other things, bakery goods, bakery raw materials, and baking equipment. It presents a wide range of products and services from these sectors, from raw materials to finished bakery products and specialized baking equipment. Visitors are typically professionals from the bakery and food industry, including bakers, confectioners, food producers and traders, as well as representatives of food and beverage companies. BSE China is indeed an integral part of the GoldenFood Expo. The GoldenFood Expo is a large event encompassing multiple thematic exhibitions, including BSE China. The event brings together various segments of the food and beverage industry and offers a comprehensive program ranging from bakery goods to wine and spirits, catering, and tea. BSE China is held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, a significant exhibition center in the vibrant heart of Shanghai.
