The GBE China, also known as the Guangzhou International Billiards Exhibition, is an annual event held every spring. Since its inception in 2002, it has taken place at the prestigious China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China, which is one of the largest and most modern exhibition centers in Asia. In recent decades, China has become a leading nation in the sport of billiards, producing numerous outstanding players who have been particularly successful in snooker and pool billiards at international tournaments and world championships. This has led to a significant increase in interest in the sport in China.
The growing popularity of billiards has resulted in the development of a thriving industry focused on the production of billiard tables, cues, balls, and other accessories. Chinese manufacturers are known for their high-quality products and have gained a significant share of the global market. The GBE China, as the largest billiard exhibition in the world, demonstrates the economic importance of billiards in China. Many internationally renowned brands such as Predator, Brunswick, Milliken, Iwan Simonis SA, Longoni Cues Italy, Palko Pty Ltd, and Cue & Case Inc. are represented on site.
