The Shanghai International Frozen and Chilled Food Exhibition, or SIFCE for short, is a renowned international trade fair for frozen and chilled products. Since its inception, it has established itself as a leading industry meeting point for manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers. The fair takes place annually at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) in Shanghai, China, and is well-known for showcasing product innovations and current trends.
