Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Exhibition (CSSC) Guangzhou 04. – 06. March 2027 | International B2B trade fair for coffee, coffee shop equipment, technologies, packaging, and global supply chain solutions

September 16, 2026

The Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Exhibition (CSSC) is an international B2B trade fair covering the entire supply and value chain for coffee, coffee shops and modern café concepts. Its scope extends beyond coffee itself to encompass every aspect of supplying and operating a modern coffee shop – from green coffee beans, roasting, processing and preparation to shopfitting, packaging, digital solutions, logistics and franchise concepts. The event takes place at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China, and is open exclusively to trade visitors.

The CSSC is organised by Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group Co. Ltd., an internationally active exhibition organiser based in Guangdong. The company organises a wide range of trade events and has many years of experience in the international exhibition industry.

Trade visitors can explore a comprehensive range of products and services for setting up, operating and expanding a coffee shop, all under one roof. The exhibition covers green Arabica and Robusta beans from major coffee-growing regions such as Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Vietnam and Yunnan, as well as single-origin and micro-lot speciality coffees, a variety of roast profiles and custom coffee blends. The range also includes freeze-dried coffee, filter coffee, coffee concentrates, capsules and ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee products. Complementary products include syrups, dairy products and plant-based milk alternatives made from oats, almonds or coconut, alongside chocolate, cocoa, spices and fruit products.
Another key focus is technology for professional coffee production and preparation. Exhibits include semi-automatic and fully automatic espresso machines, filter coffee and capsule machines, commercial and industrial coffee roasters, sorting and colour-sorting equipment, coffee grinders, cold-brew systems, and siphon and French press equipment. Water treatment systems, ice makers, milk frothers, scales and professional barista tools are also represented. The exhibition additionally covers the technical equipment required for modern cafés, including refrigerated display cases, refrigerators and freezers, ovens, proofing cabinets and dough mixers, as well as modern point-of-sale (POS) systems, self-service kiosks, smart collection points and AI-powered coffee robots.
The CSSC therefore covers a considerably broader spectrum than a conventional coffee trade fair. Companies specialising in café design, shopfitting and interior design present solutions for counters, furniture, lighting, décor and interior planting, as well as complete store concepts. The packaging segment includes cups, lids, drinking straws, coffee bags with degassing valves, capsule and gift packaging, and biodegradable, recyclable and bio-based PLA packaging solutions. Branding, packaging printing and labelling services are also represented.
Services are another important part of the exhibition. These include cross-border cold-chain logistics, bonded warehousing, import and export handling, quality control and certification, as well as international barista and roasting training in accordance with SCA standards. OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions, supply-chain finance and solutions for recycling and repurposing spent coffee grounds are also featured.
The exhibitor profile is correspondingly diverse, encompassing coffee growers and green coffee traders, roasters and coffee producers, manufacturers of coffee machines and commercial catering equipment, suppliers of ingredients and beverage solutions, packaging companies, and specialists in shopfitting and commercial furniture. Companies operating in digitalisation, smart retail, logistics, certification, training, finance and franchising are also represented.
The CSSC is aimed particularly at coffee shop and café chains, independent café operators, entrepreneurs, hospitality professionals, roasters, importers, distributors, wholesalers and buyers. Its target audience also includes foodservice companies, franchise investors, and professionals working in procurement and supply-chain management.
The event is held at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou’s Haizhu District, one of China’s leading exhibition venues. The complex is well served by public transport. Pazhou and Xingangdong stations on Metro Line 8 provide convenient access to different sections of the exhibition grounds, while Pazhou is also served by Metro Line 11. The venue can also be reached from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport by metro and other forms of public transport.
The first edition and therefore the premiere of the Asia Coffee Shop Supply Chain Exhibition (CSSC) takes place on 3 days from Thur., 04.03.2027 to Sat., 06.03.2027 in Guangzhou.
