The ATC Shanghai International Automotive Testing Technology Exhibition is an annual international trade fair dedicated to automotive testing and validation technologies. It showcases innovative solutions for vehicle development, testing and quality assurance, providing a specialised industry platform for vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, technology companies and testing service providers. Organised by the Automotive Technology Center, the exhibition takes place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai, one of China’s leading economic hubs.

The exhibition focuses on technologies for testing and validating complete vehicles, automotive components, electric powertrains, software and vehicle electronics. Key areas include electric mobility, particularly battery and electric motor testing, autonomous driving, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), vehicle dynamics, crash safety, and noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) testing. Other major topics include hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation, software validation, functional safety, automated testing, durability testing, and climatic and environmental testing. Artificial intelligence, software-defined vehicles and automotive semiconductors are also becoming increasingly important, bringing new requirements for vehicle safety, reliability and performance.

Exhibits include test rigs, measurement and sensor technology, simulation software, automated test systems, and equipment for testing batteries, power electronics and mechanical loads. The range also covers development tools for electronic control units (ECUs), virtual testing environments, cloud-based validation solutions, and specialist engineering and testing services. The exhibition therefore covers key stages of the automotive development and testing process, from digital simulation and component testing through to final vehicle validation.
Exhibitors primarily represent the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, measurement and testing technology, electronics and semiconductors, software development and research. The event is aimed particularly at development engineers, testing and validation specialists, quality managers, technical buyers and decision-makers from automotive manufacturers, suppliers, research institutions and independent testing organisations. The venue is the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong, one of Shanghai’s major business and technology districts. Located at 2345 Longyang Road, the exhibition centre benefits from excellent transport links and is easily accessible from both the city centre and Shanghai’s international airports. One of the most convenient ways to reach the venue is by taking Metro Line 7 to Huamu Road station, which is situated immediately next to the exhibition grounds.
