The ATC Shanghai International New Energy Vehicle Thermal Management Technology Exhibition is an annual international trade fair dedicated to thermal management technologies for electric and hybrid vehicles, collectively known as New Energy Vehicles (NEVs). Held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai, China, the event is open exclusively to trade visitors. It is organised by the Automotive Technology Center (ATC), a platform specialising in automotive industry events, technology exchange and industrial collaboration.

The exhibition focuses on innovative cooling, heating and temperature control technologies designed to improve the energy efficiency of electric vehicles. It covers the entire automotive thermal management value chain, from specialist materials and components to integrated systems, manufacturing processes and testing technologies. Key areas include high-voltage battery thermal management, integrated temperature control systems, energy-efficient air conditioning and heat pump technologies. Exhibits include electric air conditioning compressors, coolant and oil pumps, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating elements, heating films and electronic control modules. Other products on display include refrigerants, coolants, thermally conductive materials, phase change materials and thermal insulation materials. Further areas of focus include thermal management for power electronics based on insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and silicon carbide (SiC) technologies, as well as solutions for stationary energy storage systems, data centres and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The exhibition also features advanced manufacturing and testing technologies, including laser welding, vacuum brazing, helium leak testing, automated production lines and specialised test equipment.

The trade fair brings together manufacturers and suppliers from the automotive, electric mobility, battery and energy storage, refrigeration and air conditioning, power electronics, and machinery and plant engineering sectors. It is aimed particularly at vehicle and battery manufacturers, system integrators, development engineers, technical buyers, research institutions and decision-makers from the international automotive industry and its supply chain. The event provides opportunities to explore technological innovations, compare products and solutions, establish business contacts and identify potential industrial partnerships.

As part of the Automotive Technology Center’s programme of events dedicated to next-generation automotive technologies, the exhibition enables companies to showcase their latest developments to an international trade audience and establish new business relationships. The venue is the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in the Pudong district, one of the city’s established exhibition centres. It is easily accessible by public transport, with Huamu Road metro station on Line 7 located nearby. Longyang Road station provides connections to Metro Lines 2 and 7, as well as other transport services. The exhibition centre can also be reached from Shanghai Pudong International Airport by public transport or car.
