Pocket Facial Tissue Paper Folding and Packing Production Line

Facial tissue is sold in a variety of packages, including a small plastic film package commonly referred to as a pocket pack. These packages are convenient for keeping in pockets, purses, automobile glove compartments, etc. where the larger tissue cartons would be inconvenient or impossible to keep. Many of the pocket pack packages include a resealable opening to protect the unused tissues after the package has been opened.the user must manipulate the folded tissue to locate and grasp an edge in order to unfold and open it.

Features of Pocket Tissue Folding Machine with Automatic Counting Device                                       

1. The machine adopts with Delta PLC programming control.
2. Adopts trouble tracing and alarm system, the trouble can be found and solved more easily.
3. The driving system adopts advanced variable frequency speed regulating control.
4. The machine can be automatically separate each piece and accounting for the bundle for packing. No need separates and transfers by workers can save much labor cost.
5. Adopts ratio of the gear system, can eliminate the collision between loading tissue and pushing the bar to packing machine, which can improve working efficiency.
6. Adopts independent running control system, no need to change the packing machine, can connect to the packing machine easily.
7. Adopts adsorption folding style, can make tissue tidy and beautiful.

4. With the automatic oil-filling circular lubricating system, the use life of the machine parts has been extended greatly.
5. With adopting static electricity removing device, the packing effect is more perfectible.
6. With an intelligent tem-controller, the temperature adjustment is flexible.
7. Can be equipped with an auto-perforating device, which is for various tear-off outside.
8. Automatically print production date and the location can be adjusted from up to down, from left to right.
9. Automatic labeling on the outside package of the tear-off surface.
