TISIE Tianjin International Shipping Industry Expo Tianjin 02. – 05. June 2026 | International trade fair for the shipping industry

April 30, 2026

The TISIE – Tianjin International Shipping Industry Expo is an annual international trade fair for the maritime sector. Aimed squarely at industry professionals, it serves as a highly specialised platform for the global shipping and port industries.

The event is organised by the Zhenwei International Exhibition Group in close cooperation with the Tianjin Municipal Transportation Commission, underlining its strong institutional backing and strategic relevance. It is held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center in the port city of Tianjin, one of northern China’s key logistics and industrial hubs.

In terms of content, TISIE spans the full breadth of the modern maritime industry, combining established sectors with forward-looking innovation. Core themes include global shipping networks, port development and maritime infrastructure, alongside shipbuilding, offshore technologies and specialised equipment. A particular emphasis is placed on “Green & Smart Shipping”, showcasing solutions for low-emission propulsion, alternative fuels, and digital and AI-enabled processes in port and vessel operations. The expo also provides insights into international logistics and supply chain structures, including freight forwarding, heavy and project cargo, and resilient supply chain models. This is complemented by maritime services such as finance, insurance, legal services and consultancy, linking technological innovation with commercial and regulatory frameworks.
The exhibition itself is strongly practice-oriented. Displays include ship designs, components and propulsion systems, smart port solutions, cargo handling equipment, digital logistics platforms, and applications for sustainable shipping. As such, it attracts a highly qualified professional audience from shipping companies, port operators, logistics providers, shipyards, technology firms, financial institutions and public-sector bodies. Exhibitors reflect this diversity, spanning shipbuilding, engineering, IT, energy, logistics and maritime services—from established market leaders to specialised innovators.
A key strength of TISIE lies in its role as a strategic interface between industry, government and investors. Expert forums, high-level conferences and targeted matchmaking formats facilitate exchange and generate tangible opportunities for partnerships and investment.
Finally, the event stands out not only for its thematic depth but also for its location. The modern National Convention and Exhibition Center is one of China’s largest exhibition complexes and benefits from excellent transport links, including Tianjin Binhai International Airport and high-speed rail connections, particularly to the nearby capital, Beijing. TISIE therefore offers an efficient and strategically advantageous platform for those looking to play an active role in shaping the future of global shipping.
Already for the forth time the TISIE Tianjin International Shipping Industry Expo takes place on 4 days from Tue., 02.06.2026 to Fri., 05.06.2026 in Tianjin.
